Eva Maria Livia Amurri (born March 15, 1985) is an American actress.

Early years

Amurri was born in New York City, New York, the daughter of Italian director Franco Amurri, and American actress Susan Sarandon.

Career

Amurri had a minor role in the 2002 film The Banger Sisters, in which her mother starred, and guest-starred on an episode of Friends in Season 7 titled "The One with Joey's New Brain" along with her mother. In 2004, she appeared in Saved! (also starring Mandy Moore and Macaulay Culkin), which remains her largest role to date; she is currently slated to star in two major roles. Eva graduated from Saint Ann's School (New York City) and Brown University in 2007.

In 2009, Amurri signed onto Season 3 of the Showtime TV Series Californication as the character Jackie. In the third episode, she appears topless in a pole dancing scene with fellow cast member David Duchovny. She also appeared in an episode of How I Met Your Mother as Shelly in the episode "The Playbook." Amurri stars in the thriller film Isolation, the film is directed by Stephen T. Kay.[1] She appeared in Fox's show House M.D. in 2010 as Nicole in the episode "The Choice."
