Toni worked as a telephone operator and an instructor at a health club before appearing in Playboy. She has remained active in the fitness arena in the years and decades since she became a Playmate.

Steve Sullivan's centerfold was photographed by Mario Casilli. In 1969 she was named Playmate of the Decade.
