Tina Ruland is a German glamour model and actress. She was Playmate of the Month in October 2013 for the German edition of Playboy.

Ruland first attended the Kaiserin-Theophanu-Gymnasium in Cologne-Kalk and then transferred to the Johann-Gottfried-Herder-Gymnasium in Cologne-Buchheim. Here she completed her Abitur in 1987, followed by training as a businesswoman in the real estate and housing industry at the vocational school in Ratingen-Hösel.

Ruland made her first appearance on television in October 1988 as a background singer for the band Bad Boys Blue in the ZDF hit parade with the song A World without You. In November 1989, she appeared in the music program Die Spielbude.

She made her acting debut in 1991 in an episode of the television series Die lieben Verwandten directed by Michael Pfleghar. In the same year followed her breakthrough as hairdresser 'Uschi' alongside Til Schweiger in the action comedy Manta, Manta. Since 1993, Ruland has starred in numerous television series and series, including Ein Fall für zwei, Großstadtrevier, A.S. - Gefahr ist sein Geschäft, Rosamunde Pilcher, Tatort, Das Traumschiff, Inga Lindström and Der Staatsanwalt. In 2018, Ruland participated in the 11th season of the RTL show Let's Dance with Canadian-Austrian professional dancer Vadim Garbuzov, and was eliminated in the first round. In 2022, she participated in the 15th season of Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier raus! and finished in eighth place.

Playboy

Ruland was "Playmate of the Month" in the men's magazine Playboy before her film and TV career in March 1988. She then appeared on the cover of the May 1989 issue and on the cover as in photo series in the September 1995 and October 2013 issues of Playboy.

Private life

During the filming of Der Feuervogel, Ruland met the actor and voice actor Manou Lubowski, with whom she was involved from 1997 to 2001. In November 2004, Ruland and her then partner Alain Rahmoune became parents of a son. From her relationship with management consultant Claus Oldörp (2010-2019), she has another son. Since the separation, she lives with her children in Berlin-Zehlendorf.
