Margaret appeared in the glamour scene in the 1960's shooting for Harrison Marks and Russell Gay and appearing in various magazines such a Kamera, QT and Parade. Also doing some 8mm films. Margaret took up the name "Vicky Kennedy" well into her second 8mm, but would later use her birth name and appear in feature films such as the James Bond movie "Goldfinger", as the painted gold body in the titles and advertisements as well a role as "Dink".[4] She's also most remembered in her "Carry On..." films roles, of which she did six in her acting career, and has made a number of appearances on TV. As Nolan struck seductive poses, a miniature Sean Connery was seen walking along her thighs, and a golf ball disappeared between her breasts. Explosions, car chases and bullets shimmered across Nolan's contours. Because of her roles in Goldfinger, she was featured in Playboy in 1965.

In an interview Den of Geek, Nolan talked about moving away from England to Spain in the early 90's, becoming an artist, and having two sons. In 2006 she held an exhibition of her artwork, which mostly consists of photomontages constructed from her old headshots, taken of her during her acting career. They can be viewed at her official website.[6]
