Clitoromegaly or macroclitoris may occur as a congenital anomaly among various individuals, particularly of Latina or Black descent but it may also be an acquired attribute. Most bodybuilders and some (if not most) fitness models/competitors/instructors typically have large clitorises induced by use of androgenic steroids.
