After she first appeared in some Playboy Special Editions in the late 1990s, Carla Pivonski appeared in two films from Troma Entertainment.
Naturally well endowed, several websites promoted her as the perfect actress to portray Lara Croft.
It has been speculated that she stopped working in 2003 because she continued her studies in psychology [2].

Carla Pivonski's main nude appearance was in Troma Entertainment's Terror Firmer (1999). The movie's premise was a serial killer hunting the backstage of another Toxic Avenger sequel.
Carla Pivonski appeared as an actress whose scene involved receiving oral sex from the inner-film Toxic Avenger and then mounting him. Other than her character's name, the end credits also listed her as "Best Breast".
She came back the following year for the actual Toxic Avenger sequel. Alas, as her official credit states, she did have a bikini on but never took it off.
