Schwarz started her career when she was 18, moving to Munich where she began working for John Thompson. After several years of working with Thompson, she also started appearing in productions by Private, Evil Angel, Red Light District, and other studios. The porn scene often describes Annette Schwarz as an ambitious actress whose crazy ideas sometimes discard any regard for herself, yet who always keeps her glory and dignity.[1]

Belladonna, Jack Napier, Jake Malone, Joey Silvera and Rocco Siffredi (Evil Angel) produced movies with Schwarz.
